Salesforce Administrator with SOX Compliance
Location: Bay Area, CA (hybrid)
We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with experience in SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) and SOD (Segregation of Duties) compliance to join a dynamic IT team. This role will focus on ensuring that Salesforce systems adhere to regulatory standards and maintaining internal controls related to Salesforce processes, data, and user roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and review SOD user roles within Salesforce in alignment with SOX requirements.
- Lead discussions on SOD compliance and coordinate with IT teams for implementation.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews of Salesforce configurations and user roles to ensure compliance.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential conflicts and risks in Salesforce configurations and user access.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and demonstrating internal controls.
- Maintain and update comprehensive documentation on Salesforce processes and compliance controls.
- Monitor Salesforce changes, ensuring continued SOX and SOD compliance through regular reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on SOX and SOD compliance.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is desirable.
- Strong understanding of SOX, SOD, and Salesforce security controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
